Dr. Randa Diab-Bahman, a Senior Lecturer and Sustainability Specialist from Kuwait, is a seasoned expert in fact-based strategy development and research with over 15 years of experience in higher education. With a focus on aligning academic excellence with sustainable development goals, she has authored four books and over 70 peer-reviewed publications. Recognized for her best-practice research methodologies and consulting expertise, Dr. Diab-Bahman has guided numerous projects to success. A recipient of the Sustainability Pioneer award from World Association of Sustainable Development, she is also an advocate for fact-based policymaking and serves on multiple local and international NGOs.

Dalal A. Marafie, MSc (UK)
Dalal A. Marafie holds a Master's degree in Middle East Studies, with a specialization in GCC Studies, from the University of Exeter. Through her work at the World Bank, she has made numerous contributions to policy developments the Middle East. Her expertise lies in enhancing the business environment and promoting sustainable practices. She has worked closely with multiple governments to implement reforms, improve the business climate, and assess private sector policies. Through her dedication and efforts, Kuwait has achieved recognition as one of the top 10 countries for reforms in the World Bank Group's "Doing Business Report 2020."
